Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ScrapeFlow's websites, APIs, SDKs, and dashboard (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must provide accurate information and keep your API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Access data you are not legally permitted to access.
• Violate the terms, robots directives, or rate limits of target sites in a manner that is unlawful.
• Collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Paid plans include a monthly allotment of credits. Usage beyond your plan is billed as overage at the rates shown on our pricing page. Credits do not roll over unless stated. You are only charged for successful (2xx) API responses.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.

The Services, including software and documentation, are owned by ScrapeFlow and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services per these Terms.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrapeFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior twelve months.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
