Last updated: September 27, 2026
This is a template for a developer preview and is not legal advice. Have counsel review it before you rely on it in production.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ScrapeFlow ("we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Services.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers (including via Google Sign-In).
- Usage data: API requests, credits consumed, timestamps, and IP address.
- Billing data: plan and payment metadata (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).
3. How we use information
We use your information to provide and secure the Services, meter usage and credits, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account.
4. Authentication & sessions
We use Firebase Authentication to sign you in. A session token is stored in your browser so you stay logged in across visits. You can log out at any time to clear it.
5. Scraped content
When you scrape a URL, we fetch and return the content to you. We may cache results briefly to improve performance and reliability. You are the controller of the data you collect through the Services.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure sub-processors (e.g. AWS) and service providers needed to operate the Services, under appropriate agreements.
7. Data retention & security
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. We use encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access controls.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
9. International users
The Services are operated on cloud infrastructure that may process data in multiple regions. We support EU/US data residency options on eligible plans.
